She / Her
Arielle Zadok is a Certified Intimacy Coordinator, Board Certified Sexologist, and the creator of The Pleasure Producer—a multi-hyphenate brand dedicated to helping people explore intimacy, creativity, and connection both on screen and off. She brings over 20 years of experience in film, television, and advertising as a Producer and Assistant Director, blending a deep understanding of production with a people-centered approach rooted in emotional safety, clarity, and care.
Before shifting her focus to intimacy work, Arielle served in a leadership role at The Walt Disney Company and ABC Signature Studios, where she helped oversee the studio-wide return to production during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is known for her ability to support high-profile talent and executives in high-stress, emotionally charged, and time-sensitive environments—advocating for creative freedom while ensuring the wellbeing of everyone involved.
Arielle holds her intimacy coordinator certifications through the Intimacy Professionals Association (IPA) and her consent forward artist certificate through Intimacy Directors & Coordinators (IDC). She is a Certified Sex Educator through Everyone Deserves Sex Ed and is currently completing an additional certification through the Modern Sex Therapy Institute. Her training also includes trauma-informed care, emotional intelligence, de-escalation, kink and BDSM, sex work representation, working with minors, disability and aging, movement, and inclusive storytelling. She also holds a certification in Holistic Health Coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
In addition to her work on set, Arielle is the founder of The Sexy Directory—a curated resource hub offering pleasure product reviews, romantic date ideas, and expert-led sex education to help adults explore intimacy with confidence. She offers coaching through her signature program Fck Like The Movies, designed to help couples co-create intimate experiences that feel aligned, connected, and unforgettable. Arielle also hosts Office Hours, a monthly Ask Me Anything coaching call exclusively for paid subscribers of The Sexy Directory on Substack.
She currently serves as the Head of Consent at The Play, a premier lifestyle venue in Los Angeles, and leads monthly intimacy workshops at Lovely Fate, a sex-positive social club. Arielle is also the creator and host of Birds & Bees Don’t Fck—a comedy-meets-sex-ed podcast unpacking how we unlearn what we were never properly taught, through raw conversations with comedians and sexperts. Outside of her work in intimacy and entertainment, Arielle is the Los Angeles Organizer and Host of The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive, an annual global fundraiser for Movember. Since its launch in 2021, the LA community has raised nearly $50,000 in support of men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and testicular and prostate cancer research.
Arielle is represented by United Talent Agency (UTA) and is available for media features, speaking engagements, podcast interviews, and panel moderation on topics related to intimacy coordination, how couples can rewrite their sexual scripts to create erotic experiences, all things non-monogamy, lifestyle and play parties as well as the mission behind The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive.
